Breaking news! Stage IV student Max T. has won an NAACP award! He won $350 and a meeting with President Biden. You see, a few weeks ago there was an art contest and Max wanted to enter so he put together a masterpiece and now has won second place in the contest. He doesn’t know what he wants to do with the money, but it’s really cool! He made a painting of Martin Luther King Jr, Rosa Parks, and John Lewis that pleased the judges and shares a message of standing up for social justice.
